We’ve known Melissa and Eric for a long time now. We booked their wedding a long time ago when we were still living in NYC. We’ve also filmed a couple of their friends weddings as well, one of whom may be in this film 
. So when we showed up on their day, it instantly felt like we were in the company of friends.
It’s not hard at all to see how much they love each other. While both of them were a bit nervous earlier in the day, it didn’t stop them from having a total blast. Not only are they super fun people, but their entire bridal party was so vibrant and joyful as well. The best way to describe their wedding is simple, IT WAS FUN!
We had the privilege of working with photographer Junshien Lau of Junshien International Photographers.

On 10.10.10 we met Amanda and Eric at their lower Manhattan apartment to enjoy the amazing view and begin their wedding day. We’ve been very blessed at Vivid Wedding Films to work with some very gracious and friendly couples; and Amanda & Eric were exactly that. We felt just as much like guests at their wedding as we did videographers! Eric is also an award winning photographer, so we felt privileged to be his choice to shoot his wedding.

Josh & Mandy | A Proposal | Brilliant Event Planning

On December 19th, we had the great privilege to work with Sarah Pease from Brilliant Event Planning and cover a live proposal!
Josh brought his beautiful girlfriend Mandy to see chef Guy Vaknin and learn how to make sushi! They were taking a trip to New York from Oklahoma City. Mandy thought that they were taking part in a private cooking class being filmed for TV. She had no idea that Josh would be proposing to her. Her answer: “Absolutely!”
It was very special being a part of that moment. Thanks to Brilliant Event Planning for making it happen! Make sure to check out the amazing photos from Mariann over at blue daisy weddings! And also thanks to Chef Guy and Tali Katz of Esprit Events and Catering.

Nina + Chris | Short Wedding Film | Seattle

Nina & Chris were married in Seattle on April 3. This is their wedding film.
The ceremony took place at Seattle First Presbyterian Church in downtown Seattle, and the reception was on the banks of Lake Union at Blue Ribbon Cooking. It was great to work with the crew at Lifebox Studio (photographers), who got some amazing images of the day.

Showtime: Watching the Same Day Edit

After 10 to 12 hours of work on a Same Day Edit, there’s nothing quite like watching the bride and groom have a chance to sit down and watch their day unfold before them on the big screen.
Here’s a shot of Lauren and Nathan as they – along with their guests – watched their Same Day Edit last Saturday evening at the Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon.
