Mandarin Oriental Hotel // NYC
Tracy and Mike threw quite the party for their family and friends nearly forty stories above Columbus Circle overlooking central park. I doubt that anyone else in New York was having as much fun as these two did at their reception. It is obvious that Tracy and Mike are perfect for each other, not only did they get each other the same card for their gift exchange, but it becomes really obvious when you see them both sporting mustaches and holding Super Stars entering their reception to the Super Mario Starpower theme. Just see it for yourselves!

This wedding was quite the party. Amy and Jonathan were together nearly 11 years before they tied the knot, so it was easy for them to let loose and truly enjoy their wedding day!
Michelle+Vin were married yesterday – in the shadow of Hurricane Sandy – on the Jersey Shore at Bonnet Island Estate. We had such a fun time creating their Same Day Edit. Here’s the film that played at their reception last night. Enjoy!

We’ve known Melissa and Eric for a long time now. We booked their wedding a long time ago when we were still living in NYC. We’ve also filmed a couple of their friends weddings as well, one of whom may be in this film . So when we showed up on their day, it instantly felt like we were in the company of friends.
It’s not hard at all to see how much they love each other. While both of them were a bit nervous earlier in the day, it didn’t stop them from having a total blast. Not only are they super fun people, but their entire bridal party was so vibrant and joyful as well. The best way to describe their wedding is simple, IT WAS FUN!
We had the privilege of working with photographer Junshien Lau of Junshien International Photographers.

This wedding took us all over NYC from Westchester to Wall Street then Brooklyn. Michelle chose to get ready with her family in the house she grew up in, which made their day that much more special. We love seeing families come together at weddings
Michelle and Chris got married at the beautiful Brooklyn Botanic Gardens just outside of Manhattan.
We also had the privilege of working with photographer Brian Dorsey of Brian Dorsey Studios who got some great shots of Michelle and Chris.

Jamie and Matt got married on the most beautiful day in November in New York City. Nothing quite beats the rooftop view at the Cooper Square Hotel, and the beautiful Angel Orensanz Foundation was the perfect fit for their ceremony. Jamie and Matt were both so laid back and relaxed that at times we almost forgot we were in busy NYC!

Sissi + Denny were married on Saturday in New York. Their wedding was jam packed with events and traditions. We had so much fun capturing it all and putting together their same day edit.

Julie and Rob stay true to themselves. Their wedding was so much fun and laid back. Sometimes when you don’t plan things 100% you get to experience some good ol’ spontaneous fun. And that’s how their day was!
Thanks you guys!

In a decorated digital art gallery Paul surprises his girlfriend Grace and proposes! The walls were covered with digital displays showing photos from their relationship and words of love.
We had the privilege to be there to document this special event along with Mariann from bluedaisyweddings.com. Check out Mariann’s work because it’s awesome!
And thanks again to Sarah from BrilliantEventPlanning.com for making this happen and inviting us along.
Congratulations Paul and Grace!!
On 10.10.10 we met Amanda and Eric at their lower Manhattan apartment to enjoy the amazing view and begin their wedding day. We’ve been very blessed at Vivid Wedding Films to work with some very gracious and friendly couples; and Amanda & Eric were exactly that. We felt just as much like guests at their wedding as we did videographers! Eric is also an award winning photographer, so we felt privileged to be his choice to shoot his wedding.

Florence and Steve were a very fun couple to work with. Both have a great sense of humor, were extremely good hosts, and made the wedding day tons of fun.

Here’s one collection of the amazing couples we had the opportunity to work with in 2010. Thanks to each of you who trusted us with your wedding film.
By far, the most satisfying thing for us, is getting to know each of our couples so we can uniquely tell their story, – which just happens to center around their wedding day. Whether it’s a Love Story, a Same Day Edit or a Highlight Film, our focus is centered around getting to know each couple and then creating the most compelling visual story of them.
